A superb service- receptionists are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Appointments are made on the day if you need to see a doctor and the staff are so understanding if you need medication that you have forgotten to apply for before running out! The doctors are caring professionals who take the time to listen Well done to you all.

Love the Systmonline, makes reordering monthly script so much easier, and its not quite so difficult to get an appointment this way, as I can keep checking if there is an appointment free and book it. Am a nurse myself and know the health system gets a lot of criticism, but find this G.P practice one of the good ones. :)

Allow pre booked appointments at different times other than first thing in morning, try to keep first appts to working patients not the elderly who have the rest of he day to attend. Make sure all gps know how to amend issues not just qty as this then makes it difficult to then get medication on a rpt basis monthly/bimonthly, without having to make appt to get normal monthly meds. Provide information on what speciality gp has this will then make it easier for patients to see best practice/ care that both the gos and practice provide. Provide in house pathology especially first thing in morning for GTT/ fasting bloods, this would also then capture patients who do not have the to attned elsewhere when having regular check ups with clinician.

Finished work early to bring my newborn twins to a 1510 appointment for gp check and injections. At 1525 when enquiring when we were going in the receptionist told us our appointment had been changed to 1530 but no one told us! Gave the boys Calpol 30 mins before injections as advised but when we finally go in it was 70 mins before injections. A simple phonecall to inform us of the time change would have meant I didn't need to finish early and the boys wouldn't of have Calpol so early. Had nothing but problems with this surgery and intend to leave. 1 gp told us babies don't feel pain! I have no confidence in the surgery and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

The online service is a great addition. So easy to reorder prescriptions and book planned appointments. Getting an on the day appointment via the telephone has never been an issue either, and that includes one with a doctor of my choice.
